Detailed Steps to Guide You On How To Place An Order With Us!
Step 1:
Choose your favourite flower!
1) Browse under "Shop"
2) Select your preferred type of flower or check out our current promotions!
Step 2:
Select your favourite bouquet!
1) Browse through our bouquets and pick your favourite
2) Specify the number of flowers/colour of your chosen bouquet
3) Input the date of delivery / self-collection
4) Type in your heartfelt message
5) Select quantity
6) Add to cart!
Step 3:
Confirm your Order Summary
1) View cart
2) Review your order to confirm
- Number of flowers/colour theme
- Message card
- Quantity
3) Enter promo code if there is any
4) Input any special delivery notes for us to take note
5) Select delivery timeslot / self-collection option
6) Click checkout once you have confirmed all of the details!
Step 4:
Shipping Details
1) Key in Buyer's email address for a system generated confirmation email to be sent after you successfully made an order
2) For this section, please input ALL of the recipient's details
3) Click Continue!
Step 4:
Delivery Method
1) Confirm your delivery timeslot
2) For more information on delivery, please click here!
3) Click Continue!
Step 5:
Payment and Buyer's Details
1) Fill in your credit card details
2) Untick the "Same as shipping address"
3) Input Buyer's information
4) Click Continue!
Step 6:
Review your order and place order
1) Review all of your details
2) Click Place Order to confirm your order!
Once you have placed your order successfully, you should receive a confirmation email shortly :)
